#1 Two Week Challenge
I am constantly starting new challenges for my self and then I am constantly not finishing them :(
Once again, here I am creating a new challenge for my self. Trying to find motivation and strengthen my will power for the millionth time (at least I am not giving up all together).
Yesterday I got on the scale and I weighed in at 129 pounds! I know weight shouldn’t be an issue, especially at my age, but gaining almost 15 pounds in one year is not the best thing to know as an insecure 18 year old.
This time I came up with a more realistic challenge that will let me achieve my goals with baby steps :)
This “Two Week Challenge” will have 5 parts. At each part I will start another “Two Week Challenge.” Within those two weeks my goal is to lose 2 pounds. When I complete “#5 Two Week Challenge” I should have lost a minimal of 10 lbs in 10 weeks. Going the healthy way all the way! Only weighing in at the start of each separate challenge (every other week).
My main goal is just to strengthen my will power and to STOP BINGING!
